- We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our consulting services. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our refund policy below.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email within 14 days of the service date or purchase of a consulting package.
- For one-time consulting engagements, we offer a full refund if you are dissatisfied and notify us before the delivery of any work product.
- If work has already commenced, we may offer a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed, minus a reasonable administrative fee.
- For ongoing retainers or multi-session packages, refunds are prorated based on the number of unused sessions, less any discounts applied at purchase.
- Customized training programs and workshops are non-refundable once materials have been prepared, unless canceled at least 7 days before the scheduled date.
- Digital products, such as downloadable guides or templates, are non-refundable due to their electronic nature.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds if we determine that the service was used or if the request is made in bad faith.
- If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and correct the issue.
- Promotional or discounted purchases may be subject to different refund terms as communicated at the time of purchase.
- We are not responsible for any bank fees or currency conversion charges that may apply to refunds.
- In the event of a service cancellation by Virelith Advisory, you will receive a full refund for any prepaid but undelivered services.
- Refund requests must include your name, contact information, invoice number, and a brief explanation of the reason for the request.
- We aim to respond to refund requests within 5 business days.
- If you are unsatisfied with a partial refund, you may request further review, and we will consider the circumstances in good faith.
- No refunds will be issued for services rendered more than 60 days prior to the refund request.
- Refunds are not available for no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, except in emergency situations.
- This refund policy applies only to services purchased directly from Virelith Advisory, not through third-party resellers.
