Refund Policy

  1. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our consulting services. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our refund policy below.
  2. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email within 14 days of the service date or purchase of a consulting package.
  3. For one-time consulting engagements, we offer a full refund if you are dissatisfied and notify us before the delivery of any work product.
  4. If work has already commenced, we may offer a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed, minus a reasonable administrative fee.
  5. For ongoing retainers or multi-session packages, refunds are prorated based on the number of unused sessions, less any discounts applied at purchase.
  6. Customized training programs and workshops are non-refundable once materials have been prepared, unless canceled at least 7 days before the scheduled date.
  7. Digital products, such as downloadable guides or templates, are non-refundable due to their electronic nature.
  8. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
  9. We reserve the right to deny refunds if we determine that the service was used or if the request is made in bad faith.
  10. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and correct the issue.
  11. Promotional or discounted purchases may be subject to different refund terms as communicated at the time of purchase.
  12. We are not responsible for any bank fees or currency conversion charges that may apply to refunds.
  13. In the event of a service cancellation by Virelith Advisory, you will receive a full refund for any prepaid but undelivered services.
  14. Refund requests must include your name, contact information, invoice number, and a brief explanation of the reason for the request.
  15. We aim to respond to refund requests within 5 business days.
  16. If you are unsatisfied with a partial refund, you may request further review, and we will consider the circumstances in good faith.
  17. No refunds will be issued for services rendered more than 60 days prior to the refund request.
  18. Refunds are not available for no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, except in emergency situations.
  19. This refund policy applies only to services purchased directly from Virelith Advisory, not through third-party resellers.
